Unless there is a written statement stating that client own the right to the raw footage, we own the rights to the raw footage.
For live event, the delivery is done on the event day itself. The streamed video to Facebook or YouTube, the projected video on screen, the lighting and sound all considered as delivered at the end of the event. However, for items that require post-event processing (example: photo or video editing), the standard delivery is 2 weeks.
Standard payment terms is 50% upon confirmation, 50% upon completion of event or upon delivery of final deliverable.
